We aim to reply within a few working days. Please do not send recipes you consider confidential — although our tools never upload anything, ordinary email is not a secure channel.

Corrections

Spotted a wrong value on any page? Email us at luxorways@gmail.com with the page address, the value you believe is wrong, and how you measured it (for example, spooned and levelled, or scooped). We check every report against our sources — the King Arthur Baking ingredient weight chart and USDA FoodData Central — and when an error is confirmed we update the page and its conversion tables.
